Logistics Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Business development and market expansion: Conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics, explore potential customers, formulate and implement market expansion plans; formulate marketing promotion plans based on sales targets and complete sales tasks;

2.Assist customers in solving problems during use to improve user experience;

3.Business planning and execution: Formulate annual work plans and implementation plans, and track the completion status; be responsible for business negotiations, contract signing and project initiation to ensure the smooth progress of business;

4.Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the network freight platform, including the formulation and optimization of cargo source management, transportation capacity management and transaction rules; monitor the platform's operation quality, optimize operation processes and improve user experience;

5.Data analysis and market research: Conduct regular market analysis, competitive analysis and customer satisfaction surveys to provide a basis for the company's decision-making; collect industry trends, evaluate market potential and predict market trends.

Job Requirements:

1.Major in Computer Science;

2.Aged 25-45, with 3-5 years or more of work experience in the logistics industry, and work experience in network freight platforms, logistics management or related fields;

3.Possess project operation and marketing planning capabilities, be familiar with the market dynamics of the logistics industry, and understand the operation mode of network freight platforms;

4.Have experience in independent customer development and customer relationship management;

5.Possess strong market analysis, customer development and business negotiation capabilities;

6.Possess good communication skills, teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure;

7.Candidates with relevant industry resources (such as logistics enterprise resources, customer resources, etc.) are preferred;

8.Some positions require certain management experience and the ability to lead the team to achieve performance targets.
