Safety Director/Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Core KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the position: 0 major liability accident rate; 20% year-on-year decrease in annual accident count; 100% coverage rate of driver safety training; 100% pass rate of safety compliance audits; over 95% closed-loop rate of safety hazard rectification.

Job Requirements:

1.Education and experience: College degree or above, major in Safety Engineering, Transportation Management, Logistics Management or related fields; aged 25-40;

2.Preferred condition: Hold a Certified Safety Engineer Certificate;

3.Industry experience: Over 5 years of safety management experience in the logistics/transportation industry, with at least 2 years serving as Safety Department Manager;

4.Possess the ability to build risk management systems and emergency decision-making ability, and be able to independently solve problems in on-site safety management and transportation safety management.
