At 8:00 AM on January 13, 2025, a grand event—the Linglong Group Co., Ltd. 2024 Year-End Work Summary and Commendation Conference—was held in the Linglong Conference Hall of the Xinglong Shengda Hotel. Themed "Returning to the Fundamentals, Overcoming Difficulties to Forge a New Path; Preserving Integrity and Innovating, Striving with Determination to Compose a New Chapter," the conference was attended by Linglong Group Vice Chairman Wang Feng, Party Committee Secretary and President Wang Lin, who delivered speeches, along with more than 160 representatives of cadres and managers from nine business segments. The conference was presided over by Zhang Qi, Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee and Vice President.

The conference officially commenced with the stirring notes of the national anthem. Deputy Secretary Zhang Qi read the commendation decision, honoring 30 advanced collectives and 118 advanced individuals who had emerged throughout the year.

During the conference, Deputy Secretary Zhang Qi, Vice President Cao Zhiwei, and Assistant President Chi Shaobo presented the 2024 work summaries and 2025 work plans for their respective business segments.

They reviewed the past with precise data, delving deep into the root causes of issues; and laid out plans for the coming year with a forward-looking perspective, anchoring strategic directions and injecting new momentum for progress into the development of each segment.

Wang Lin, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Group Corporation, delivered a thematic report titled "Returning to the Fundamentals, Overcoming Difficulties to Forge a New Path; Preserving Integrity and Innovating, Striving with Determination to Compose a New Chapter" at the conference. The report indicated that although the company faced some challenges in 2024, its overall business development met expectations, and preliminary achievements were made in new businesses and explorations. The report affirmed the accomplishments in 2024 regarding the "Great Escort,""Great Cultivation,""Great Savings," and "Innovation 1+1" initiatives, as well as the highlights in quality improvement, equipment management, energy management, informatization construction, Party building work, cultural development, brand promotion, and social responsibility. Simultaneously, it sorted out and analyzed problems existing in the Group's development, assessed the international and domestic economic situations, and clearly defined the direction for each major segment to strive towards in 2025. The overall plan proposed for 2025 is to remain firmly focused on performance, with innovation and management as the key levers, and to be guided by the development of mindset, work style, and execution capability, striving to achieve its annual development goals.

Linglong Group Vice Chairman Wang Feng pointed out in his speech that facing the challenging and opportunity-filled environment of 2024, the Group's colleagues demonstrated tenacious and unyielding spirit, achieving results in multiple fields. Although the road ahead is not smooth, and future challenges and competition will be even more severe, "those who share the same desire will win." He required all segments to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration for coordinated development. In 2025, the spirit of self-confidence and self-improvement must be placed first, enhancing internal coordination and synergy, establishing a global awareness, and jointly pursuing the Group's development goals. Emphasis must be placed on safety, quality, digitalization, and brand building, while strengthening innovation and enhancing the service mindset to contribute to the Group's development.
